Endoscopy sinks have been designed to complete the pre-washing process and LV-222 comes equipped with the ER-221 system built-in.
This complete system, entirely made in stainless steel, manages the endoscopes’ channels reprocessing, by autonomously doing the filling and draining of water and dosing the chemical product, necessary in each washing phase.

This process prevents to avoid recirculation of used liquids and, consequently, self-contamination of the equipment itself.
We have accurately designed the ergonomics of each counter, to ease the operator during daily tasks and to facilitate the best positioning of instruments in the basins.

The work space is usually composed of:
•  A basin for the dilution of chemical products and a basin complete with mixer tap and gun for water or compressed air;
• Frontal part equipped with honeycombed sliding doors.

Based on needs, LV-222 is customizable in size and number of washing and dilution basins.
The optical barcode reader can be placed inside the basin.
